The 5 Cs

M* Motivation
O* OPTIMISM
V* VOICE OF OPINION
 E*  Empowerment

As a former student with learning-related disabilities, I've learned a few things about the world. For example, not everyone will understand you or your situation.  That's okay. Some things aren't worth explaining. As long as you "Yourself" know the truth within your heart.  It's not worth obsessing about whether or not anybody else understands your logic or reasoning.  Anything can be accomplished with MOTIVATION and strong DETERMINATION. As well as, by practicing patience.

Stay Motivated, and make sure you communicate if you have questions
Be Optimistic
Voice your opinion. No matter the cost. Say how you feel. BE YOURSELF...
Always try to Empower others to do the same.

LET THE 5 Cs GUIDE YOUR WAY  ...

*Be CALM
Don't hesitate to ask questions

*Be Courageous  Always live your life to the fullest

*Be  Confident in yourself and in all the things that you do

*Have Compassion for everyone

*Make efforts to make  CONNECTIONS with people

HOW DO YOU HANDLE A BAD DAY?

Trust God.
Know that he is always with you.

Remember that you're  Capable of being anything in life.

Regardless of anything negative you have gone through/ will ever go through throughout your life, continue to walk with faith, No matter the circumstances, good or bad, life's a journey. If the tide becomes too high to swim smoothly, GOD always has a backup plan.

He's always watching over you! 💜

      * Suggestions on how to remain
      CALM in a stressful situation:

When I'm in a stressful situation I try to STOP and ask myself,
"How would someone I know handle this situation, if it were them"?

                #PROBLEMSOLVING

1. Ask yourself, "How would the person I care about and those I know who care about me, want me to handle this problem"?

2. Breathe in and out

3. Feed yourself positive affirmations. Not only to remain calm but because if you feed yourself positivity, you can then better have compassion for others.

*Cut out ANGER

4. ASK FOR HELP...
Connect and communicate with others

TBH...

I struggle with these things sometimes too. No one is alone when it comes to remaining CALM. Not even just calmness, but The 5 cs in general 😊

...Remain      CALM...
...Have         COURAGE...
  ...Be           CONFIDENT...
 ... HAVE   COMPASSION  FOR OTHERS...
... Make     CONNECTIONS

No problem is too big that there can't be a solution.

...HAVE COURAGE
Don't be afraid to listen to your intuition. If you have a GUT FEELING, go with that feeling. Although, you don't need to have anxiety about things that are so small. Who cares what that man in the corner thinks, just do whatever you think is best.  Be COURAGEOUS.  Utilize the voice that is inside of your soul. Do not take no for an answer. Be bold enough, to stand up for what you believe in.

... BE    CONFIDENT

Again, don't be afraid to listen to your intuition. Learn to BE CONFIDENT within yourself. SElF- REFLECT and PROBLEM SOLVE 💙 Anything can be accomplished with determination and motivation.
